Is the Quran the Word of God?

A book in English proves that this Quran was not written by a committee of intellectuals, devils, nor even the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). It is a fact that the Quran is the word of Allah. This necessitates that the truthfulness of Prophet Muhammad and his message is deserved to be respected and followed, unlike some secularist claims. So Paul Williams, a British Muslim, said, "The secular Muslim is someone who believes that the Creator was sufficiently capable of establishing highly accurate mathematical and physical rules to control the motion of this universe, but was not sufficiently capable of establishing rules organizing the human society.”
